Order Processing

Each item is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Once we receive your order confirmation, our team begins customization, which takes approximately 3 to 4 days. After customization, your order is carefully packed and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are straightforward:

• Within Dhaka: 70 TK
• Outside Dhaka: 120 TK

Delivery Times

After dispatch, your order will be delivered within standard timeframes based on your location. You’ll receive a notification once your order is on its way.
