• By using Dakufashion.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.

2. Customized Products

• Personalization: All items are made-to-order based on the customizations you choose. Please review your order details carefully, as customization details cannot be changed once production has started.
• Color and Design: We strive to display product images accurately. However, actual product colors and design placements may vary slightly due to screen differences and manufacturing processes.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing: Prices for all products are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase applies.
• Payments: All payments must be completed at checkout. Orders are processed only after the payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Our Shipping & Delivery policy applies to all orders. Products are dispatched within 3 to 4 days after customization, with delivery charges of 70 TK within Dhaka and 120 TK outside Dhaka.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• We offer a Full Refund for products with manufacturing defects, fabric quality issues, or poor print quality. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
• We do not provide refunds for incorrect orders due to customer error, such as wrong size or design choice.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on Dakufashion.com, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Dakufashion or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Dakufashion.com is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
